Program Manager Philippines

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, with 5–8 years of relevant experience in program or project management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong customer management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Solid understanding of supply chain, demand planning, and order fulfillment, with good analytical skills (e.g., forecast analysis).
• Demonstrated leadership ability to manage teams and drive KPIs across functions.
  
  
  

• Lead and manage the program team to ensure all departmental responsibilities and objectives are effectively executed.
• Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, providing direction and timely resolution to issues or escalations.
• Coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, working closely with customers to understand requirements and ensure successful product launches.
• Align internal cross-functional teams (e.g., production, quality, planning) to meet customer expectations for delivery schedules and product performance.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, serving as the main communication channel for all program-related matters.
• Manage business risks and commercial matters, including handling claims, negotiations, and write-off decisions with customers.
• Monitor demand and supply performance, including forecast analysis (e.g., waterfall charts) and ensuring order fulfillment meets customer requirements.
• Drive and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for customer accounts, ensuring continuous improvement in delivery, quality, and service levels.
