HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

In this role, you’ll work on impactful projects that span across key operational areas:

• Process Coordination & Execution: Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and operational tasks.
• Continuous Improvement: Learn and monitor processes to identify opportunities for improvement in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Morale.
• Project Support: Assist in project execution and operations activities to achieve KPIs aligned with company standards.
• Innovation & Collaboration: Contribute ideas for technical alternatives and design improvements while participating in cross-functional initiatives.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or IT
• 1–2 years of relevant experience (or fresh graduates with strong potential)
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Action-oriented, collaborative, and eager to learn
• Passion for operations and continuous improvement
• Willing to be based in Batangas
