Responsible for providing high standard service and maintenance to the client according to O&M agreement, long term strategic planning of maintenance activities and budget , timely response on any plant problems, support in organizing and monitoring of project organization, leading the maintenance team

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Organize and coordinate resources of the maintenance department, prioritize activities to ensure plant maintenance in accordance to the work plans and work orders
• Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with laws and regulations
• Support in establishing and coordinating a safety and health system with relevant training to all staff, guidelines and procedures
• Organize and coordinate required technical training to enhance the professional skills of the maintenance team
• Maintain a close client contact, provide reports in time and support Station Manager to fulfill client requests and propose improvements of the power plant system design where applicable
• Follow internal processes and procedures to achieve the maintenance requirements and monitor their implementation, actively support their continuous improvement
• Support the establishment and the maintenance of the international management systems according to ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO 45001
• Motivate and encourage team members, provide guidance and promote staff development, develop a highly capable maintenance team
• Ensure compliance with a Permit-to-work system in the maintenance organization
• Ensure availability of spare parts and consumables, availability of required tools including regular calibration as required
• Setup, implement and improve preventive maintenance activities in the work plan module of SPPA-M3000 (BFS) and ensure timely execution
• Promote the cooperation with other O&M Power Plants in the region and worldwide
  
  
  

What You Bring

• Bachelor Degree in a related engineering field, minimum 8 years working experience with focus on power plant commissioning and / or maintenance, comprehensive background in gas turbine operations and maintenance.
• Experience in project management as a project team member (scheduling, resource planning, budgeting, etc.)
• 5+ years of managerial leadership experience guiding large multi-disciplinary teams
• Working in a multinational culture team in a project set up environment, collaboration with international team from regional and German HQ
• Several years of working experiences abroad are appreciated
