Finance Officer Managerial Open To Non-CPAs

Office Location: Sto. Tomas, Batangas

Work Setup: Full Onsite

Schedule: Monday to Friday | Mid shift (10am - 7pm)

Role Overview:

The Finance Manager will oversee the companys financial operations, ensuring accuracy in transactional processes while driving profitability and performance analysis. The role combines hands-on financial management with strategic reporting and leadership, supporting both local and regional management reporting requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field; CPA is an advantage.
• At least 4 to 5 years of experience in finance management, including 1 to 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong background in transactional accounting (EOR process, reconciliations, general ledger, etc.) and financial analysis.
• Experience in manufacturing environments, particularly within semiconductor or power generation industries.
• Proficient in management reporting and profitability analysis.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and hands-on approach.
  
  
  

• Lead and supervise the finance team, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all transactional accounting activities.
• Manage the End-of-Reporting (EOR) process, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial closing activities.
• Prepare and review management reports for both local and regional entities, providing insights on profitability and cost performance.
• Conduct financial and profitability analyses to support decision-making and business improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies.
• Collaborate with operations to understand manufacturing processes and align financial insights with production and cost efficiency.
• Drive process improvements and take initiative in optimizing financial workflows and team productivity.
