Job Description
- Lead and develop the finance team, setting standards, targets, and strong governance
- Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, audit requirements, tax, and local regulations
- Strengthen internal controls, risk management, credit control, and financial reporting
The ideal candidate should be:Non-negotiables:
- CPA with at least 5 years experience in a Finance Manager or equivalent leadership role
- Background in a manufacturing company within a multinational environment
- Strong leadership capability with strategic and commercial financial mindset
- Audit background
- Proven experience implementing or remediating internal controls and governance frameworks
