Reporting to Utilities and Energy Manager

Duty Post Malvar, Batangas

Building & Utility Automation Engineer

Operation and Maintenance of Building management system not limited to coordination with key support on software. Support project improvement requiring alignment. Support robustification standard.

What You Will Do

• Operate, maintain, and repair building systems (BMS, KNX lighting, Warema blinds)
• Troubleshoot and adjust electrical and mechanical systems using technical data
• Monitor BMS alerts and respond to issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with safety, engineering, and regulatory standards
• Coordinate with departments and oversee contractors as needed
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and IMS-compliant documentation
• Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with suppliers and warehouse
• Update service contracts and ensure compliance with change management
• Support root cause analysis and collaborate with engineering teams
• Participate in safety checks and improvement initiatives
• Report hazards and take corrective action
• Perform other tasks as assigned and follow company policies
  
  

What We Look For

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Electronics and Communication Engineering or any related engineering course.
• Minimum of 3 years professional experience in similar position or demonstrated ability in construction industry supervising BMS, Automation, Electrical or Green Energy installation and coordination.
• Has experience in PLC, HMI, SCADA
• Knowledgeable SAP EAM, ERF (or any related system)
• Proficient in english, both written and spoken.
