Job Description
- Act as the end-to-end HR lead, overseeing all aspects of HR operations on-site
- Lead and execute strategic HR initiatives aligned with business growth plans
- Manage personnel administration, payroll, policy implementation, and compliance
- Take full ownership of talent acquisition, driving large-scale hiring for plant ramp-up
- Partner closely with operations and leadership to support organizational growth and workforce planning
- Handle labor relations and employee relations, ensuring a positive and compliant workplace
- Support the transition and implementation of HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors)
- Initially operate as an individual contributor, with future responsibility to build and lead an HR team
Non-Negotiables
- Proven hands-on HR generalist experience with end-to-end ownership
- Strong talent acquisition experience, ideally supporting ramp-ups or high-volume hiring
- Solid background in labor relations and Philippine labor laws
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Experience in manufacturing or plant environments
- Exposure to HR system implementation or transformation projects
- Prior experience in setting up HR functions or greenfield operations
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS platforms
