Job Description
Workforce Data Management
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date workforce data to support strategic decision‑making
Develop and manage HR dashboards tracking headcount, attrition, and key talent metrics
Ensure data integrity across all HR systems and reporting processes
HR Compliance & Audit Readiness
Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and audit standards
Prepare documentation for internal/external audits and lead implementation of corrective actions
Maintain and update HR risk management processes across compliance and ethics areas
Policy Creation & Implementation
Draft, update, and enhance HR policies aligned with legal requirements and organizational goals
Ensure effective communication and rollout of policy changes to stakeholders
Talent Development
Partner with leaders to assess skill gaps and develop capability‑building plans
Support training initiatives and continuous improvement programs
Track progress and evaluate effectiveness of talent development activities
Strategic HR Support
Serve as HR partner to operations teams, supporting engagement, employee relations, and retention
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to address manpower needs
Drive HR initiatives aligned with business strategy and workforce priorities
The Successful Applicant
Strong background in talent development, engagement, compliance, and HR data analytics
Solid understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR operational processes
Demonstrated experience in strategic HR business partnering
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and business acumen
High integrity, resilience, and ability to support dynamic operational functions
Must be willing and able to report 100% onsite
