Job Description
- Workforce Data Management
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date workforce data to support strategic decision‑making
- Develop and manage HR dashboards tracking headcount, attrition, and key talent metrics
- Ensure data integrity across all HR systems and reporting processes
- Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and audit standards
- Prepare documentation for internal/external audits and lead implementation of corrective actions
- Maintain and update HR risk management processes across compliance and ethics areas
- Draft, update, and enhance HR policies aligned with legal requirements and organizational goals
- Ensure effective communication and rollout of policy changes to stakeholders
- Partner with leaders to assess skill gaps and develop capability‑building plans
- Support training initiatives and continuous improvement programs
- Track progress and evaluate effectiveness of talent development activities
- Serve as HR partner to operations teams, supporting engagement, employee relations, and retention
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to address manpower needs
- Drive HR initiatives aligned with business strategy and workforce priorities
- Strong background in talent development, engagement, compliance, and HR data analytics
- Solid understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR operational processes
- Demonstrated experience in strategic HR business partnering
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and business acumen
- High integrity, resilience, and ability to support dynamic operational functions
- Must be willing and able to report 100% onsite
