Job Description

  • Workforce Data Management
    • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date workforce data to support strategic decision‑making
    • Develop and manage HR dashboards tracking headcount, attrition, and key talent metrics
    • Ensure data integrity across all HR systems and reporting processes
HR Compliance & Audit Readiness

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and audit standards
  • Prepare documentation for internal/external audits and lead implementation of corrective actions
  • Maintain and update HR risk management processes across compliance and ethics areas


Policy Creation & Implementation

  • Draft, update, and enhance HR policies aligned with legal requirements and organizational goals
  • Ensure effective communication and rollout of policy changes to stakeholders


Talent Development

  • Partner with leaders to assess skill gaps and develop capability‑building plans
  • Support training initiatives and continuous improvement programs
  • Track progress and evaluate effectiveness of talent development activities


Strategic HR Support

  • Serve as HR partner to operations teams, supporting engagement, employee relations, and retention
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to address manpower needs
  • Drive HR initiatives aligned with business strategy and workforce priorities


The Successful Applicant

  • Strong background in talent development, engagement, compliance, and HR data analytics
  • Solid understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR operational processes
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic HR business partnering
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and business acumen
  • High integrity, resilience, and ability to support dynamic operational functions
  • Must be willing and able to report 100% onsite
