Main requirements:

College Graduate preferably graduate of Engineering (Chemical Engineering, Chemistry)

Preferably w/ 3 yrs experience in manufacturing setup

Basic analytical skills (KPIs measurement & analysis)

Basic knowledge in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Powerpoint

Good English Communication skills both oral and written

Main responsibilities:

Controls the KPIs for all shifts: quality, labor & machine productivity, flows, EHS, materials consumption & general expenses.

Debriefs with in-charge during production meetings; report to Production Manager.

Ensures that all PCPs and SOPs are implemented by the operators and in-charge.

Interacts with operators to ensure trust, respect & positive attitude on the shop floor. 

Ensures the respect of EHS rules; contributes to related audits.

Coaches shift supervisors; recognize performance & sanction them when it is appropriate.

Establishes flow down/up cascades global information.

Plans major interventions in close coordination with Maintenance team.

Coordinates with all departments to make the best use of material/equipment & manpower resources and production flow thru supply chain.

Ensres the stability of raw materials, and consumables within budget.

Monitors and analyzes production results, implement and follow-up corrective actions.

Ensures efficient safe and high-quality lens production at the semi-finished workshop by implementing work instructions, supporting company 5s and safety initiatives, supervising and coaching operators with a focus on discipline, contributing to continuous improvement projects and pro-actively analyzing daily shift results to control process parameters and optimize production activities.
