All about the role:
Product & Range Manager is the link between Supply Unit (In/Outsourcing) and Product Line ensuring effective product development and launch execution, ramp-up plans, with a deep product knowledge and understanding of market and competitors in the region
What you’ll do:
Collaborate daily with R&D to support execution of all related activities, preparation on materials throughout the product development process
Manage and maintain the category’s model catalogue, support New Variant Requests (NVRs), and Product Number Code (PNCs) creation, overlook lifecycle updates including PNC efficiency and phase-in/phase-out processes
Ensure data accuracy across systems, validate product costs and specifications
Collaborate with Experience Marketing team to ensure timely development of marketing assets to support commercial launch
Support Category Manager to develop and execute mid-term plans, range execution across markets, and ensure product availability
Liaise with Supply Chain and Factory teams to manage phase-in/out, stock issues, and capacity challenges, while ensuring financial viability for new variant requests
Work alongside with R&D and factories for cost-out initiatives by providing component forecasts, and managing implementation timelines
Follow up quality and regulatory issues for corrective actions

Where youll be:
You will be based at the APAC Regional Office, located in Bangkok, Thailand. Occasional travel in the region may be needed.
