Due to continued growth, we are seeking a highly driven life insurance professional to join our reinsurance team based in Thailand as a Life, Accident & Health reinsurance broker. In this role, the new team member will be responsible for identifying and executing new business transactions, servicing life insurance clients and driving our growth strategy in Thailand.

What the day will look like
- Develop, nurture and leverage relationships with life & health insurers in Thailand to identify, articulate and execute reinsurance transactions that address their objectives
- Leverage relationships with reinsurers to keep abreast available solutions and influence positive outcomes for our clients
- Identify and articulate reinsurance solutions addressing clients’ objectives and needs (risk management, business growth and balance sheet optimisation)
- Work collaboratively in a cohesive team environment with colleagues in Singapore and across the region in order to bring the best possible solutions and outcomes to clients
- Support the local Thai office with placement of Accident & Health reinsurance business
- Contribute to market opportunity landscaping and strategic planning
- Contribute to the team’s knowledge base and development of unique solutions to clients’challenges

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Studies or related fields such as Finance or Economics
- 8 – 13 years experience in life re/insurance
- Strong understanding of the Thai life re/insurance industry, insurer needs and product trends
- Proven ability to build relationships with and influence life insurers
- Keen client focus with the ability to understand and meet client needs
- Native Thai speaker and fluent in English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, holds self accountable and takes ownership for problem resolution
