Job Overview

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our Audio Technical Account. In this role, you will assist customers with their concerns, provide product-related support, and help troubleshoot basic audio and technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through voice support
• Provide assistance with audio products and technical concerns
• Troubleshoot basic product or connectivity issues
• Identify customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
• Explain technical information in a simple and easy-to-understand manner
• Document customer interactions accurately
• Provide professional and excellent customer service
• Escalate complex technical concerns when necessary
  
  

Qualifications

• Senior High School Graduate or High School Graduate under the old curriculum
• Undergraduate High School applicants are not accepted
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable handling customer concerns through voice
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule
• Willing to work onsite / brick and mortar
• Customer service, technical support, or BPO experience is an advantage
• Blended experience (Voice + Chat) is a plus
