The Cook is responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting hig-quality dishes. Working under the direc supervision of the Sous Chef or Head Chef, the cook plays a crucial role in maintaining smooth kitchen operations and delivering an exceptional dining experience for guests. 

• Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes, portion controls, and presentation guidelines. 
• Assist in mis en place 
• Operate kitchen equipment properly and safely 
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workstation
• Ensure all food items are stored, labeled, and rotated properly to prevent waste and contamination
• Follow food safety regulations
• Perform other duties and tasks delegated by management from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS

• Good communication skills
• Vocational or College Level
• With related work experience
•  Amenable to work in Baguio City
