Job Summary:

As a Coffee Barista at Kenangan Coffee, you will be the face of our brand, delivering excellent customer service and crafting high-quality coffee and beverages. Youll work in a dynamic team environment, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile and a perfect cup in hand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and other menu items to company standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area and equipment.
• Greet customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when needed.
• Handle transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Maintain stock levels and assist in inventory management.
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and food preparation standards at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a smooth and efficient customer experience.
• Represent the Kenangan Coffee brand positively in every customer interaction.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a barista or in food & beverage service is preferred (but not required; training will be provided).
• Passionate about coffee and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years old and above.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• EITHER At least 6 months experience as a coffee barista OR Barista NC II Passer is required
• Passion for coffee, with a desire to learn about different types of beverages.
• Attention to detail for beverage preparation and presentation.
• Basic math skills for handling cash.
• Willingness to follow company recipes and standards.
