We Are Looking For a Skilled Test Equipment Engineer To Support The Maintenance, Design, And Continuous Improvement Of Hydraulic, Mechanical, And Electrical Test Equipment Across Various Assembly & Test (A&T) Areas. This Role Involves:

Design & Fabrication: Building, modifying, and upgrading test equipment based on technical guidance from senior engineers.
Maintenance & Repair: Performing corrective and preventive maintenance on hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
Engineering Collaboration: Working with Product Engineering and Calibration teams to evaluate testing requirements and resolve TE-related issues.
Process Improvement: Applying Lean, 5S, Six Sigma, and other tools to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
Project Support: Assisting in product transfers and special projects involving test equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing tools and standards, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Education, Training, And Experience

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, or Mechatronics.

Minimum Work Experience

At least 3 years of relevant experience in hydraulic, mechanical, or electrical/electronic testing and maintenance systems.

Skills And Knowledge

Solid understanding of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical/electronic systems.
Familiarity with closed-loop servo control systems and data acquisition instrumentation is a strong advantage.
Ability to apply engineering principles in troubleshooting, system analysis, and equipment optimization.
