Key Accountabilities
- Sourcing & Candidate Attraction: Identify and engage potential candidates using a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, career fairs, and employee referrals. Utilize effective sourcing techniques tailored to both corporate and volume hiring needs.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough screenings of candidates, including reviewing resumes, conducting phone interviews, and assessing qualifications. Ensure that candidates meet the required skills, experience, and cultural fit for corporate and high-volume positions.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring timely communication with candidates. Prepare hiring managers with candidate information and interview notes to facilitate decision-making.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Provide updates and feedback to candidates promptly and manage expectations.
- Understanding Hiring Needs: Collaborate with hiring managers across departments to gather detailed job requirements, job specifications, and team culture information. Support in the development of clear and compelling job descriptions.
- Advising on Recruitment Strategy: Provide recommendations on recruitment strategies, including optimal sourcing methods, job advertising strategies, and candidate engagement techniques based on the specific needs of the role.
- Offer Creation & Negotiation: Manage the offer process by preparing offer letters, negotiating compensation packages, and ensuring a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.
- Onboarding Coordination: Support the onboarding process, ensuring that new hires complete all necessary paperwork and are integrated into the company efficiently.
- Handle a diverse range of requisitions for both specialized corporate positions and high-volume roles. Ensure that all positions are filled in a timely manner without compromising candidate quality.
- Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality. Regularly update the Recruitment Supervisor, Talent Acquisition Manager, and hiring managers on recruitment progress and outcomes.
- Ensure that the recruitment process supports the company’s diversity and inclusion goals by sourcing candidates from diverse backgrounds and creating an inclusive hiring experience.
Key Skills & Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, focusing on corporate and/or niche hiring.
- Experience sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing the hiring process for a wide range of positions, from corporate to high-volume roles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver high-quality candidates in a timely manner.
- Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent interviewing and assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate technical and behavioral competencies.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in high-growth industries and/or niche hiring
- Knowledge of recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies.
