Review Generation Specialist

We are looking for a Review Generation Specialist to help manage and grow our clients online reputation through genuine customer reviews on platforms such as Google, Trustpilot, Clutch, Facebook, and other relevant review sites.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to real customers, sending review requests, monitoring responses, tracking review performance, and supporting reputation management campaigns. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of ethical review collection practices.

This position does not involve creating fake accounts, posting fake reviews, or offering incentives in exchange for reviews. All review generation activities must follow platform guidelines and be based on real customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Contact verified customers through email, SMS, chat, or other approved communication channels to request honest reviews.
• Send review invitation links for platforms such as Google, Trustpilot, Clutch, Facebook, and other approved review websites.
• Manage and update customer review request lists.
• Track review requests, completed reviews, follow-ups, and campaign performance.
• Prepare weekly or monthly review generation reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to confirm customer lists, review platforms, and campaign goals.
• Draft professional and neutral review request messages.
• Follow up with customers who have not responded, while maintaining a respectful and non-pushy tone.
• Monitor published reviews and flag urgent feedback, complaints, or negative reviews to the team.
• Assist in drafting professional review responses when needed.
• Ensure all review requests follow platform rules and compliance guidelines.
• Help improve review collection processes, templates, and reporting systems.
  
  

Requirements

• Experience in customer support, lead generation, email outreach, reputation management, or digital marketing is preferred.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Comfortable using Google Sheets, Excel, CRM tools, email platforms, and review management tools.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Able to track large volumes of contacts and campaign activity.
• Can follow instructions and platform guidelines carefully.
• Professional, patient, and customer-friendly communication style.
• Basic understanding of Google Reviews, Trustpilot, Clutch, Facebook Recommendations, or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Experience with B2B clients, local businesses, or service-based companies is a plus.
