About The Role

We are seeking an Editor/Branch Associate to join our team in Baguio City, Benguet on a full-time basis. This is a pivotal role within our publishing and editing operations, combining editorial expertise with branch management responsibilities. As Editor/Branch Associate, you will play a key role in overseeing editorial content quality, managing branch-level operations, and ensuring that our publishing standards are consistently met. This position offers the opportunity to develop a diverse skillset whilst contributing meaningfully to the success of our organisation.

What we're looking for

Proven experience in editing and publishing

Proficiency in proofreading, copy-editing and content management systems

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high editorial standards

Strong organisational and time management abilities

Leadership experience or the ability to mentor and support team members

Familiarity with branch management operations and administrative responsibilities

Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Publishing, Media Studies or a related field is preferred
