Position: Copywriter

Salary $1500 - $2000

What You’ll Be Doing

• Partner directly with our creative Strategist and the creative team to write high-performing ad scripts, stories, and campaign messaging for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube etc..
• Turn customer insights, testimonials, and brand storytelling into emotionally-driven, conversion-focused copy.
• Conduct deep research on our audience, understanding what they feel, desire, and aspire to, and to translate that into words that connect.
• Build a library of winning hooks, headlines, and story frameworks for our brands core products.
• Collaborate closely with editors and designers to bring copy and visuals together seamlessly.
• Maintain distinctive tone, confident, elegant, intimate, and empowering across every script.
  
  

• 2 to 4 years of experience in copywriting or creative strategy, preferably in DTC, beauty, or wellness.
• A storyteller at heart - you know how to make a short-form video script feel cinematic.
• Strong understanding of psychology-based marketing and what truly makes women buy, feel, and trust.
• Highly collaborative, feedback-friendly, and eager to iterate fast.
• Bonus: Familiar with tools like Notion, ClickUp, or Slack (we live in them daily).
