Salesforce Developer (CRM + Marketing Cloud)

Full-Time | Remote | $3000-$4500 per month | After The Tone

After The Tone is the leading audio guestbook company in the U.S., and we’re hiring a full-time Salesforce Developer to support and scale the systems behind our high-volume operations. This role focuses on Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with light involvement in our React-based checkout portal.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce CRM (Apex, Flows, Lightning, SOQL)
• Build and optimize Marketing Cloud automations (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, SQL)
• Manage data syncing and integrations across CRM, Marketing Cloud, and our React app
• Troubleshoot and improve backend workflows, automations, and APIs
• Make light updates to our React frontend and commit changes to the repo
• Communicate with internal teams via Slack and email during standard business hours, including daily/weekly meetings
  
  

• Strong proficiency in Salesforce CRM development
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journeys, Automations, SQL)
• Experience working with REST APIs and system integrations
• Ability to make light front-end changes in React
• Comfortable with Git/GitHub
• Clear, reliable communication and consistent weekday availability

• Monday-Friday (business hours in your timezone)
• No weekends or overtime required
