Job Description

Bachelors Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
Proficient in QuickBooks and Advanced Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial record-keeping.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Experience or training in bookkeeping or accounting (academic or work-based).
Familiarity with financial reporting tools is an advantage.
Fresh graduates with relevant internship or training experience are welcome to apply.

Job Responsibilities

Analyze accounting entries and account balances; prepare adjustments for any erroneous entries.
Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Ensure all subsidiary ledgers are properly maintained and reconciled.
Handle disbursement processes, expense tracking, and account reconciliations.
Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior.
