What we are looking for: 

eFlexervices is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Travel Agent to join our growing team. This role will support our operations, particularly in Japan, and will be responsible for delivering seamless, high-touch travel experiences for VIP clients and leisure travelers.

The ideal candidate is passionate about travel, naturally proactive, and possesses an exceptional eye for detail. Beyond bookings, we’re looking for someone who can craft personalized, end-to-end travel itineraries from scratch and enhance client engagement through social media and travel-related content creation.

This role requires someone who embodies warmth, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset. Our agents are not transactional—they take ownership of each journey, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully curated to create memorable travel experiences.

What you’ll be doing: 

• Design and build customized end-to-end travel itineraries tailored to VIP and leisure client preferences.
• Research, plan, and book travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, transfers, tours, and special requests.
• Use Sabre or other GDS platforms to issue tickets, manage reservations, and handle queues.
• Anticipate client needs and proactively resolve potential travel issues before they arise.
• Manage itinerary modifications, rebookings, and last-minute changes efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth travel coordination and premium service delivery.
• Stay updated on travel regulations, destination requirements, and industry trends.
• Support or create travel-related social media content (e.g., destination highlights, travel tips, promotional posts) to enhance client engagement and brand presence.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive customer information.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven experience handling VIP clients and leisure travel bookings.
• Demonstrated ability to create fully customized travel itineraries from scratch.
• Experienced in using Sabre or other booking platforms.
• Knowledgeable about global destinations and travel trends, whether through personal travel or research.
• Background or skills in social media management or travel content creation.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive problem-solver who can adapt quickly to schedule changes or urgent requests.
• Professional, warm, and service-oriented communication style.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
• High level of integrity and trustworthiness when handling client data.
