Marketing Assistant (Remote | Full-Time)

About The Role

TalentPop is a remote-first company that partners with eCommerce brands to build high-performing teams and support their growth. We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant who is organized, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will support day-to-day marketing operations, content execution, and campaign coordination while working closely with a collaborative global team. If you enjoy both the creative and technical sides of marketing, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and update content on Webflow
• Assist in creating and scheduling content across social platforms
• Track and analyze campaign performance
• Support paid ads on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn
• Help plan and execute webinars, workshops, and events
• Coordinate with external copywriters
• Create and manage UTM links for tracking
• Assist with HubSpot workflows and Zapier automations
• Engage and support our Slack community
  
  

• At least 1 year of digital marketing experience
• Strong copywriting and communication skills
• Experience with content calendars and content planning
• Hands-on or working knowledge of HubSpot workflows
• Comfortable working with tools, systems, and data
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Exposure to AI tools and SEO is a plus, but not required
• Experience in eCommerce or interest in the space is a plus
