Job Description

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field is preferred.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an HR-related role, preferably in recruitment, employee relations, or administration.

Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with employees at all levels.

Willing to be assigned to both Iloilo and Bacolod sites, alternating every two weeks.

Result-oriented.

Organized and systematic in handling employees data file.

Knowledge in Google docs, sheet and excel is a plus.

Can work ASAP.
