Strategic Enablement exists to improve how the organization runs by identifying misalignment, removing inefficiencies, and enabling initiatives that strengthen execution across both revenue-generating and support functions. The function acts as a connector across departments to ensure priorities are translated into clear plans, owned actions, and measurable progress.

The Project Manager, Strategic Enablement supports this by bringing structure, clarity, and follow-through to cross-functional initiatives. This role is equal parts coordination and problem-solving: keeping work moving through disciplined project management while also partnering with the Director of Strategic Enablement to spot areas of operational friction and help shape practical solutions that can be executed across the business.


What You’ll Do:

  • Translate strategic priorities and improvement opportunities into clear scopes, workplans, milestones, owners, and deliverables.
  • Maintain audit-ready project documentation including objectives, success metrics, timelines, stakeholder maps, decision logs, and action trackers.
  • Drive day-to-day execution across multiple concurrent initiatives by coordinating working sessions, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring follow-through on commitments.
  • Identify organizational areas of opportunity (handoff gaps, unclear ownership, recurring blockers, duplicative work, broken workflows) and partner with the Director to define options and recommended approaches.
  • Support solution development by gathering inputs, mapping current-state workflows, documenting pain points, and structuring proposals into executable plans.
  • Provide clear status reporting for leadership and stakeholders (progress, risks, decisions needed, next steps), keeping information concise and action-oriented.
  • Proactively manage dependencies and risks, escalating issues early with practical options to keep delivery on track.
  • Support change execution by coordinating communications, training handoffs, and feedback loops to improve adoption and sustainability of implemented changes.
  • Help reinforce consistent ways of working by improving and maintaining templates, trackers, and lightweight governance that make cross-functional delivery smoother.
  • Build credibility with stakeholders by understanding the operational realities of a BPO environment and tailoring coordination accordingly.


What We’re Looking For:


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2 to 4 years experience supporting project delivery, PMO, operations support, or cross-functional initiatives; BPO/call center exposure is strongly preferred due to the need to understand how teams work together in practice.
  • Comfort working across a mix of operational and support initiatives (process improvements, platform rollouts, reporting, site/ops coordination, etc.).

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong project coordination and documentation discipline; able to bring structure to messy, cross-functional work.
  • Practical problem-solving skills; able to spot patterns, surface root issues, and structure options with stakeholders.
  • Clear communicator with the ability to produce crisp status updates and decision-ready summaries.
  • Strong follow-through, attention to detail, and ability to manage shifting priorities without dropping the ball.
