Job Description
Visaya KPO in Bacolod is hiring a Care Coordinator/Case Manager with a strong nursing background to join our healthcare team. The role requires hospital or clinical experience and may involve case management or transitions of care, working onsite during night shifts.
The ideal candidate holds BS Nursing, an active USRN license for any US compact state, and 1–3 years of hospital experience. BPO experience is an advantage, and strong communication is essential.
