Job Description
Visaya KPO in Bacolod is seeking a Care Coordinator/Case Manager with a strong nursing background to join our healthcare team. The role involves case management and transitions of care, and requires hospital or clinical experience. It is an onsite position with night shifts.
The ideal candidate holds a BS Nursing, an active USRN license for any US compact state, and 1–3 years of hospital experience. BPO experience is an advantage, and strong communication is essential.
