Field Collections Supervisor - Bacolod

About The Job

Field Supervisor supervises internal field officers to achieve the company’s target for recoveries .

What Youll Do:

• Conducts Effective Monitoring of Field officer Collection Activity to ensure that daily goals are being delivered
• Monitor, Collate and report the Daily Collections output of the team.
• Conduct s area visit, FO evaluation, Documented Observation, Coaching and Feedback
• Implement and maintain field collection policy and regularly monitor if it is correctly followed
• Conducts investigation, evidence gathering for fraud incident both internal and external
• Conducts daily team huddle to discuss team performance , meetings and calibration on a regular basis, or as needed
• Facilitate training roll outs in different local areas such as MS Trainings and Pre-Employment Training
• Cascade communication, code reds and facilitate MUF update, phone configuration
• Recommend and facilitate contracts for legal collections endorsement and can represent the company on small claims court
• Responsible for complaint coordination and resolution
• Conducts screening , interview , selecti on of applicants for the Field Officer position and helps on promoting E mployee Referral
• Conducts regularly Performance Review and Goal Setting
• Communicate and cooperate with external agencies
• Coordinate to other team and department in relation to FO concern for resolution
  
  

Propose changes in Field Collections processes for improvement

What Youll Do:

Owns a motorcycle with ORCR | Deed of Sale

Must know how to drive motorcycle with drivers license

At least 3 years of experience in Field Collection, familiar with Metro Manila or his assigned local area

At least 1 year experience in supervising a team

Negotiation and conflict resolution skills

Excellent management and organization skills

Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills

Proficient with computer applications such as MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

Good knowledge in English

With strong integrity to all given tasks and handle his team and clients with professionalism

Self-motivated, self-disciplined, independent worker has good sense of control.

Eager to be continuously trained for personal and career development.
