In-house Nurse Must Have

• Active PRC License: A Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license.
• BOSH Certification: Must have completed the 40-hour Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) Training for Nurses.
• First Aid & BLS: Certified by the Philippine Red Cross in Basic Life Support and First Aid.
• BPO Experience: Ideally 1–2 years in a 24/7 environment to handle graveyard shift health issues (hypertension, fatigue, mental health)
  
  

• Emergency Response: Immediate care for workplace injuries or sudden illnesses.
• Compliance Reporting: Maintaining the Annual Medical Report (AMR) and Work Accident/Illness Reports (WAIR) for DOLE.
• Health Programs: Conducting wellness sessions (ergonomics, mental health awareness, and nutrition).
• Medicine Management: Inventory control of the clinic’s OTC medicines and first aid supplies.
