As a Branch Cashier, you will be responsible for handling cash transactions, processing payments, and maintaining accurate financial records within warehouse operations. You will also support daily warehouse activities by ensuring proper billing, documentation, and coordination with inventory and logistics teams. And you will be responsible for safeguarding company funds, ensuring compliance with cash handling procedures, and maintaining accurate transaction records.
What You’ll Do (your Mission)
Receive and process payments through cash, checks, credit cards, debit cards, and other approved payment methods for warehouse-related transactions.
Issue official receipts, invoices, and other billing documents accurately and promptly.
Prepare billing documents for deliveries, pick-ups, dispatches, and other warehouse transactions.
Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded in the applicable systems and reports.
Coordinate with warehouse personnel to verify orders and facilitate the proper release of goods.
Handle customer inquiries and concerns related to payments, billing, and transaction records.
Monitor and reconcile daily cash collections and payment transactions.
Report any cash discrepancies, shortages, overages, or irregularities immediately to the immediate supervisor.
Maintain proper filing and safekeeping of financial records, receipts, invoices, and supporting documents.
Assist in inventory-related documentation and record-keeping as required.
Prepare and submit daily cash reports and other required financial reports within established timelines.
Validate transaction reports and ensure completeness and accuracy of supporting documents.
Act on and resolve transaction-related issues within prescribed turnaround times.
Comply with company policies, financial controls, and security procedures related to cash handling and record management.

You’ll thrive in this role if you
Educational Background
You have Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Finance, Management, or any related business course.
Professional Experience
You have three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience in cashiering, billing, collections, treasury, accounting, or related functions.
Experience in logistics, warehousing, transportation, or distribution operations is an advantage.
