APPRAISER BACOLOD CITY

The Appraiser is primarily responsible for the following: valuation of real estate properties/auto/machinery offered as collateral and performance of other appraisal related assignments; verifying the authenticity, acceptability and regularity of annotations and restrictions on or made on of the certificate of title/s of property/ies being offered as collateral/s ; factual, reliable and truthful investigation reports based on field credit investigation checking results.

Responsibilities

• Conducts proper pinpointing and identifies the correct geographical location of the real estate property, condominium or townhouse unit being offered as collateral.
• Determines the acceptability and renders a fair market valuation of real estate properties being offered as collateral not only to aid in credit proposal and underwriting.
• Evaluates properly the authenticity of the certificate of titles to make proper recommendations on the acceptability and validity of collateral subjected to title verification.
• conducts field credit investigation requests on clients residence, sources of income from employment or business, trade references, rental verification, leviable property checking and court case verification.
• Performs auto/machinery and equipment appraisal, floorstock audit, inventory, other complex appraisal related assignments and other field functions that may be assigned from time to time.
• Prepares and submits timely reports to aid in credit proposal and underwriting, decision making and booking requirements.
• Monitors status of all accounts processed to meet the required turnaround service time levels and provide account updates upon inquiry of requesting units.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate management, engineering or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
