Job Description
Suntrust Properties Inc. in Bacolod, Philippines is seeking an accounts receivable coordinator to monitor buyer accounts, maintain ledgers, and resolve issues.
You will review SOAs, ageing of receivables, and process adjustments or transfers as needed; coordinate with other departments, handle refunds, and prepare clearance forms for transfers once payment milestones are reached. This role offers growth within a dynamic property company.
