Job Description
Suntrust Properties, Inc. is seeking an accounts support specialist to monitor accounts and update buyers about their account status, while maintaining updated buyers' ledgers and folders.
You will resolve product or service problems, review monthly SOA statements and ageing receivables, process back-outs, refunds, transfers, and other adjustments. Prepare Clearance Forms for transfers when payment milestones are reached and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth moves for
