Job Description
Suntrust Properties, Inc. is seeking an accounts support specialist. You will monitor accounts and update buyers about their account status, and maintain updated buyers’ ledgers and folders.
You will resolve product or service problems, review monthly SOA statements and ageing receivables, process back-outs, refunds, transfers, and other adjustments. You will prepare Clearance Forms for transfers when payment milestones are reached and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth moves for
