• Train and facilitate sessions for new hires and tenured agents.
• Collaborate with Quality and Operations teams to align training with business outcomes
• Conduct TNA (Training Needs Analysis) and launch targeted refreshers and up-skilling programs
• Serve as an SME to support production in the absence of the Unit Manager
• Participate in calibration sessions with operations and the QA team
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline and/or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 1 year training experience in BPO
• Familiar with KPIs and techniques on how to achieve them
• Knowledge on how to create instructional design
• Patient, high energy, adaptable with shift flexibility and classroom stamina
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Can work on-site on shifting schedule
