About The Job
The Sales Performance Manager is responsible for driving strong and sustainable performance of the existing Cash Loan (CLX) product across the Sales Network. This role leads regional performance management efforts, translates business targets into actionable field strategies, and ensures consistent execution to maximize productivity, quality, and profitability of the CLX portfolio.
What You’ll Do
Sales Network Performance Management
- Own assigned region’s sales performance, productivity, and efficiency of the Cash Loan (BAU) product
- Cascade business targets and strategies to Regional Performance Managers and ensure disciplined execution
- Monitor key performance indicators (productivity, risk, and quality metrics)
- Identify performance gaps and deploy corrective action plans across regions
Leadership & People Management
- Coach and Collaborate with the Sales Network Team to discuss and implement actions
- Ensure alignment on priorities, execution standards, and performance discipline
- Drive performance culture through regular reviews, calibration, and best‑practice sharing
Execution Excellence & Governance
- Ensure compliance to Sales Network Code of Conduct, policies, and controls
- Partner with Risk, Operations, Marketing, and Training to strengthen execution and portfolio quality
- Drive standardization of performance management tools, rhythms, and reporting
Insights, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Generate actionable insights using dashboards and field data
- Recommend enhancements to incentives, campaigns, and operating models
- Lead BAU optimization initiatives to improve sales yield and sustainability
What You Need To Have
- Proven leadership experience managing managers of managers
- Experience translating strategy into field execution playbooks
- Advanced analytical skills (Excel, dashboards, performance diagnostics)
- Proven leadership experience in performance management
- Strong background in sales performance management
- Experience handling process‑driven sales products
- Strong coaching background
- Sales-driven personality, self-confident
- Analytical thinking & PRO-ACTIVE
- Good communication abilities, negotiation and presentation skills
- Self-driven, results and actions oriented
- Responsible and committed
- Team player with proper regard for corporate policies & direct superiors

- Experience in cash loan products
- Exposure to large, distributed sales networks
