Job Description

PRINCIPAL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

Conducts Quality Assurance audits across depots, distributors, central hubs and trade outlets ensuring product integrity and maintain quality and safe products throughout the chain.
Performs routine compliance audits and quality verification activities, and address response time to quality issues and complaints requiring immediate action.
Monitors implementation of Corrective and preventive actions taken
Conducts quality orientation and training for Sales & Merchandisers to reinforce compliance to quality standards and proper product handling requirements.
Collaborate with Sales to resolve issues on trade check findings and concerns needing escalation
Performs audit to trade accounts based on Risk-based assessment framework done.
