With hundreds of cities in our portfolio, we’re growing at a supernatural pace, and we need an Operations Manager who can sustain our momentum while keeping our logistics grounded.

Where You Make Your Mark

• Master the logistics of 50+ cities by owning the schedules and staffing that keep our tours running smoothly every night of the week
• Train and onboard our boots-on-the-ground tour guides to ensure they are fully prepared with the resources and direct feedback they need to succeed
• Drive growth through availability by constantly monitoring and fine-tuning tour schedules to capture every guest opportunity and maximize our national reach
• Act as the ultimate behind-the-scenes fixer, resolving scheduling conflicts, managing customer inquiries and refunds, and vetting the guest experience to ensure our standards are upheld across every city we haunt
  
  

• You bring proven operational grit from a background in hospitality or logistics and have a knack for managing moving parts across multiple time zones without breaking a sweat
