Our New Zealand team has extensive experience delivering complex infrastructure including pipeline renewals, water and wastewater treatment upgrades, major pipelines and tunnels, pump stations and general civil works.

About The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Auckland team to lead the delivery of Abergeldie’s growing pipeline of infrastructure projects.

As a Project Manager with Abergeldie you will;

• Take full accountability for project performance across program, cost, safety and quality.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors and suppliers across multiple work fronts.
• Drive strong commercial outcomes including cost control, forecasting, reporting and claims management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key project stakeholders.
• Lead and develop high-performing project teams and foster a strong safety culture.
  
  

What you’ll bring to the team

• Significant experience delivering complex infrastructure projects within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 environment.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams, specialist subcontractors and multiple work fronts within complex project environments.
• Strong leadership capability, with experience building, managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, authorities and delivery partners.
• A strong commitment to safety leadership and embedding safe work practices across projects.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
