Content Coordinator - Contract

We are seeking a detail-oriented Content Coordinator for an immediate start in Central Auckland. This role is perfect for a CMS specialist who loves the "puzzle" of migrating and refining content to ensure a seamless user experience.

The Opportunity

In this role, you arent just "copy-pasting", you are the architect of a new digital experience. You will act as the bridge between our old systems and a modern, high-performance platform. Your goal is to ensure that every piece of information is structured, accurate, and optimized, providing the foundation for how our customers interact with us online.

What You Will Do

• Translate legacy content into a modern CMS environment following a specific content model.
• Cross-check new pages against standards to ensure 100% accuracy.
• Work closely with Digital Designers and Marketing teams to create assets and refine page layouts.
• Use AI prompts to create high-performing SEO copy for new pages
  
  
  

What You Will Bring

• Valid NZ work rights.
• Commitment to work in the office 3 days a week.
• Demonstrated background in content authoring, editing, or large-scale migration.
• Hands-on experience using modern CMS platforms (Contentful, Wordpress, Drupal, Sitecore).
• An eagle eye for consistency and adherence to style guidelines.
• Ability to work effectively within a cross-functional squad and integrate feedback quickly.
