The Opportunity

Smurfit WestRock has embarked on an ERP Modernization project for its NA Consumer division. As the Senior Manager of the Program Management Office, you will oversee delivery standards, program governance, financial alignment, and deployment execution for modernization efforts across 36 North American production facilities. You will partner closely with business leaders, IT, plant teams, and vendor partners to ensure consistent, measurable progress and successful implementation of the ePS Packaging Suite.

Position Summary

How you will impact WestRock:

• Lead program governance, roadmap development, KPI tracking, and executive reporting
• Oversee risk management, readiness assessments, and dependency tracking for each facility deployment
• Manage program financials, consolidating budgets, forecasts, and variance reporting
• Mentor project managers and elevate PMO standards
• Build strong relationships with business leaders, plant operations, and vendor partners
• Represent the program in executive presentations and cross-functional forums
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project/program management experience with 2+ in ERP deployment
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies (PMBOK, Waterfall, Agile)
• Proven experience maturing or leading a PMO
• Strong communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management
• Proficiency in MS Project, Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint
