Job Overview

We are looking for a Clinical Liaison to join our growing team. As Clinical Liaison, this opportunity involves developing and executing sales strategies, nurturing client relationships, and educating providers about our resources and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare providers, ensuring strong communication and support.
• Conduct high-volume outbound outreach (≈90% of the role) to engage prospective clinics, build relationships, and drive partnerships.
• Act as a bridge between business development and clinical teams, ensuring alignment between growth and care delivery.
• Support provider onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care and address any service gaps.
• Track and report on key metrics, including outreach performance, provider engagement, patient satisfaction, and clinical outcomes.
• Partner with BDRs, operations, and IT to improve workflows and support new partnerships.
  
  

• Proven experience in healthcare sales, preferably in the mental health industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A deep understanding of mental health services and the ability to communicate the value of our services to clients.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  
  

• Experience in mental health or women’s healthcare settings.
• Knowledge of telehealth platforms and virtual care coordination.

• Compensation Range: USD 8 based on location, experience, qualifications, and applicable federal and state minimum wage requirements.
