About This Opportunity

JOB TITLE: Production Associate

POSITION TYPE: Full time

CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt

Starting Pay: $24.12 - $24.80 per hour, plus an additional $2.00/hour shift premium for hours worked between 6:00PM - 6:00AM.

Employees earn $28.38 - $29.18 per hour after completing 60-day probation.

• Time and a half for any overtime
• Time and a half for all work performed on a Sunday
  
  

Available Openings

• Relief shift, hours swing between AM shift (6:00AM - 6:00PM) and PM shift (6:00PM - 6:00AM) based on plant need.
• Weekends and holidays scheduled on a rotating basis.

Job Responsibilities

• Produce a safe and quality product
• Troubleshoot production issues and escalate them to appropriate team members
• Trained on HACCP, GMP’s, safety, manufacturing processes, and loss control programs and use that knowledge to perform your work duties
• Participation in a team environment
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years or older
• Able to read and comprehend the English language
• Ability to do basic math (addition and subtraction)
• Must be able to tell time on an analog or digital clock
• Ability to use computers and touch-screen technology
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be detail oriented
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule
