The Job

As a functional consultant,

• Youll work customer facing and get energy out of helping them reach their goals
• Youll be involved in pre-sales, workshops, analysis, customizing, documentation and training, up until the go live.
• You analyze the clients needs and translate them into a sustainable solution.
• Next to customer work will you improve our way of working and coach your junior colleagues.

Who are we?

We are the Dynamics Customer Engagement team. With us, youre certain to be involved in a wide range of innovative Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects, as we guide our customers through their transformation into a Customer Engagement platform.

For us, when we say that we cover Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE projects from start to finish, we really mean it. This means we work in a true project mode, so you’ll have plenty of variation.

Is there a match?

You...

• have more than 5 years of professional experience as a Dynamics CE consultant or a similar tool, with a focus on Service, sales and/or marketing
• posses a profound knowledge of Dynamics and/or Power platform
• have experience working closely with customers.
• Dutch/French proficiency is a big plus
