Job Description

We are looking for talented Quality Assurance / Test Engineers to join our network of clients across Antwerp. Multiple organizations are seeking skilled QA professionals to ensure the quality and reliability of their digital products, from web and mobile applications to embedded and enterprise software.

As a QA/Test Engineer, you will be responsible for defining and executing test strategies, designing test plans, and building test automation frameworks. You will collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and project managers to ensure that software meets the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test plans and test cases

Build and maintain test automation frameworks (web, API, mobile, desktop)

Perform functional, regression, performance, and load testing

Track and report defects, follow up on issue resolution, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders

Continuously improve testing processes, methods, and environments

Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and support agile team practices

Profile / Requirements

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience

3+ years of experience in software testing / QA

Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Appium)

Knowledge of scripting or programming languages (Python, JavaScript, Java, or similar)

Familiarity with software development processes and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Fluent in English; Dutch or French is a plus

Nice-to-Have / Bonus

Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git, Docker, Kubernetes)

Knowledge of performance testing, security testing, or accessibility testing

Certification in software testing (ISTQB, TMap, WAPT)

Experience in QA for automotive, supply chain, or enterprise solutions
