What You’ll Do

As a Customer Support Agent, you’ll be the go-to person for helping our customers via calls, emails, and chats. You’ll listen, understand their needs, and make sure they feel supported and heard. Whether its answering questions, solving problems, or just making someone’s day a little better, you’ll play a huge role in creating a great customer experience. You’ll also help us hit our service goals, keep track of customer info, and make sure everything’s on point when it comes to communication and processes. Basically — you’ll help us keep things running smoothly while being the friendly face (or voice) our customers remember.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone with 6 to 12 months of experience in customer service or a similar role. If you’ve hit or exceeded performance goals before, even better! You’ve got great vibes on the phone, can stay cool under pressure, and know how to talk to all kinds of people. You’re comfortable using CRM tools and juggling a few things at once without dropping the ball. Communication is your thing, and you can adapt to any situation while still staying professional and friendly.
