Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Acquisition Manager based in Antipolo. The Acquisition Manager will oversee the end-to-end process of driver-partner recruitment and retention. Responsibilities include strategizing and implementing acquisition campaigns, sourcing and onboarding new driver-partners, analyzing recruitment metrics, and coordinating with various teams to ensure effective communication and process enhancement. The role also involves building strong relationships with driver-partners while meeting acquisition targets and maintaining a high standard of service quality.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes
  • Experience in data analysis, performance tracking, and KPI management
  • Proficiency in communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder coordination
  • Knowledge of marketing and promotional strategies for driver acquisition
  • Prior experience in mobility, transportation, or logistics sectors is highly advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in local market knowledge and driver-partner engagement strategies
