Your Responsibilities As An Assistant Store Manager

As an Assistant Store Manager, you are first and foremost supporting the Store Manager in making the store a success. You are contributing to creating a strong team & a good store atmosphere, where every staff member strives to deliver excellent customer service every single day.

DAILY TASKS

• Delivering excellent customer service
• Always maintaining a well-organized and customer-ready store environment
• Executing daily operations to a high standard of quality and efficiency
• Monitoring and following up on team and store performance
• Developing team members in service, product knowledge, visual merchandising, and operational excellence
• Recruiting and onboarding new team members to support business growth
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

• You have experience in a similar role
• Experience in visual merchandising is an asset
• You have proven leadership skills and mentoring team members
• You have good communication skills
• You have a result driven mindset
• You are eager to learn and develop
