About The Role

We use Claude as our primary AI platform, alongside ChatGPT, and we are building a serious library of agentic AI applications, skills, and integrations across the Harmony Fire group. Our AI Enablement Lead designs what the business needs. You are the person who builds it. This is a hands-on, code-heavy, ship-it-fast role. The AI Enablement Lead sits with the business in the UK, gathers requirements, and hands you tight specs. You take it from there — write the skill, integrate the systems, test it, ship it, document it, move on to the next.

You will work fully remote on UK business hours (typically 08:00–18:00 GMT) as part of a small AI team. Comms run on Microsoft Teams, with a tidy daily handover so the AI Enablement Lead always knows where each ticket sits. We supply the kit and tools you need — Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub, and access to our business systems. If you like turning a clear brief into a working AI tool that is live in the business by the end of the week, you will be at home here.

Key Responsibilities

Finance Operations Support

  • Purchase & sales ledger processing – Process supplier and customer transactions accurately and on time
  • Account reconciliations – Support supplier and customer reconciliations and resolve queries promptly
  • Customer receipts & remittances – Assist with receipt allocations, remittances, and general finance administration
  • Credit cards & expenses – Support processing of company credit cards and employee expenses
  • Record maintenance – Keep supplier and customer records accurate and up to date
  • Workflow coordination – Support invoice backlog clearance and day‑to‑day workflow management
  • Cross‑team support – Provide flexible support and cover across the finance team

Banking & Reconciliations

  • Daily bank reconciliations – Assist with daily reconciliations and investigate unmatched items
  • Balance sheet reconciliations – Support balance sheet and control account reconciliations
  • Month‑end support – Help maintain accurate records and support month‑end routines

Process & Systems Support

  • Workflow communication – Support coordination and communication across departments
  • Documentation management – Maintain accurate finance documentation and records
  • Process improvement – Contribute to process improvements and system development

Requirments

Essential Skills & Characteristics

  • Finance administration experience in bookkeeping, purchase ledger,r or sales ledger
  • Strong attention to detail and a structured, methodical approach
  • Confident working with reconciliations and transactional data
  • Able to manage routine tasks while adapting to shifting priorities
  • Professional, approachable, le and solution‑focused
  • Self‑motivated, organized,s ed and a strong team player
  • Keen to learn and develop across multiple finance areas

Desirable

  • Sage experience or similar accounting software
  • Exposure to month‑end processes and reconciliations
  • Knowledge of both purchase and sales ledger functions
  • Accounting or bookkeeping qualification, or a degree in accounting, finance, a nce or a business‑related field
  • An immediate starter with a flexible, can‑do attitude is ideal.
