The Accounting Assistant is responsible in performing an independent review of all Cash Hub transactions for internal control. 

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily vouching, checking completeness of signatures, verification and balancing of all Cash hub transactions. Performs monthly surprise cash count of the Cash-in-Vault (CI) and Petty Cash Fund (PCF) per District Heads instruction.

• Support in preparation of reports, filing of documents and timely submission of reports such as outward check clearing to host branch/encoding center.

• Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements. 

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree graduate preferably Accounting / Finance related course.

• Banking experience is an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 

• Willing to work onsite in Angeles, Pampanga.
